Quick Titles

Worthington Licensing is authorized to issue same day Quick Titles so you can leave the office with your title in hand. For an additional $50.00, your vehicle may be eligible for a Quick Title, which is printed immediately in our office. Vehicles that are not eligible are:

• Snowmobiles
• Vehicles of boats reported as stolen
• Insurance or wrecker destroyed vehicles and boats
• Vehicles or boats with a “WA Rebuilt” branded title
• Out-of-State titles vehicles

For non-expedited titles, the new title will be issued by the Department of Licensing and delivered via mail, in approximately 6 to 8 weeks to the mailing address provided.

Replacement Titles by Mail

In most cases, to order a Quick Title by mail, you will complete the Affidavit of Loss/Release of Interest form. All Registered Owners will need to sign the form in front of a Notary Public. Please be sure to only sign the top “Affidavit of Loss” section, DO NOT sign the bottom “Release of Interest” section.

• Once the form is signed and notarized, please send the following to our office:
• Original, signed, and notarized Affidavit of Loss form
• Signed letter from registered owner’s requesting the Quick Title, including mailing address and phone number
• Personal Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order, payable to “DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING” for the amount of $85.50
• Pre-paid, self-addressed shipping label so that we can send the title back to you (You may use Fed Ex, UPS, USPS- whichever you prefer)
